Bousfields was retained by the B & G Group to produce a comprehensive land use plan for a new 120-acre community in Astana, the new capital city of Kazakhstan.  In addition to a land use plan, Bousfields produced an estimated unit yield, projected population, a roads plan and road cross-sections.  Approvals were granted quickly and the project is now under construction.
