Bousfields was retained by Monarch Corporation to provide planning services for a new master-planned community in Oakville known as Bronte Creek.  Our work included the preparation of a Secondary Plan for the entire Palermo West area on behalf of three landowners.  We designed a community of 1,600 units consisting of low, medium and high density housing interspersed with woodlots and valleyland.  We represented the client at the Ontario Municipal Board securing approvals for the Secondary Plan, zoning by-law, and draft plan of subdivision.  Bousfields continues to act as a co-ordinator in the clearance of conditions and registration of the phases.
