The first development of its kind in Ontario, Erin Mills in Mississauga has been an ongoing project for our firm since its inception in 1974.  The original land holding (some 2,800 hectares) includes residential, commercial, employment, institutional, parks and open space uses.  When completed, Erin Mills will house over 120,000 persons.
