On behalf of the Ministry of Transportation, Bousfields prepared a report to provide factual and opinion evidence with respect to the impact of the taking for the widening of the Highway 12 bridge in Orillia on an adjacent marina.  Forming an important part of this analysis was a computer simulation of the impact of the widened bridge and its parapets on the visibility of adjacent properties from a number of different vantage points.
