The community of Lora Bay lies on the shores of Georgian Bay in Thornbury, Ontario, within the Town of the Blue Mountains.  It is a 235-hectare property with an 18-hole championship golf course overlooking the water from atop a high bluff.  Over 1,000 detached and attached homes and condo-style golf villas surround the course.

By taking utmost care for natural species and devoting sixty percent of the development to green space, waterfront, and nature preserves, Bousfields master-planned the site to integrate beautifully with rural Ontario.
