Bousfields advised the owner of a small tenant-occupied building on Yonge Street, close to the Eaton Centre, on the highest and best long-term uses for the building.  Consideration of options included the redevelopment of the site (having regard for the existing heritage-listed building) as well as the continued lease of the heritage building.  Taking our assessment into consideration, an agreement has been made between the lessor and lessee.
