Paul joined Bousfields in 2008 and currently divides his time between planning and urban design projects. Paul graduated in 2008 with a Master’s in Planning from Queen’s University, and also has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto. Paul is active in preparing planning and urban design rationales for development applications throughout the Greater Toronto Area, as well official plan and zoning by-law amendments and evidence for Ontario Municipal Board hearings. Prior to joining Bousfields, Paul worked for the public sector as a planner with Loyalist Township, Ontario (just west of Kingston), where he was involved in the review of development applications and also in policy formation. Major projects included conducting a Comprehensive Review of the Township Official Plan, and drafting a Community Improvement Plan for the Village of Bath. Paul is a Registered Professional Planner and a LEED Accredited Professional. |
