Robert Cutler joined the Bousfield firm as a junior subdivision designer in 1974. Becoming a partner in 1989, he is now responsible for the subdivision design section of the firm. He has prepared plans of subdivision for well over 5,000 ha providing efficient, cost effective plans for a wide range of satisfied clients – from major public companies to individuals with small holdings. His experience is unparalleled in the Toronto market area. He is often involved in the preparation of block plans and area wide plans, and is responsible for co-ordinating designs and land uses for emerging greenfield neighbourhoods and communities.
