Graduated in 2002 from the School of Planning at the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Environmental Studies (BES). He joined Bousfields Inc. in 2004 as a full-time planner. David is a planner with a background in comprehensive land use planning and development projects including research and recommendations for site investigations, planning analysis and justification, development approvals and Ontario Municipal Board hearings. David is involved in many projects throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area including minor variance applications, development and site plan approval applications involving development on single residential lots, large-scale plans of subdivision, high-rise condominiums, mixed-use developments and commercial developments. He has also done work in policy planning having been involved in various stages of the process for drafting and finalizing Official Plans, Secondary Plans, zoning by-laws and other planning studies for various municipalities throughout Ontario.
