Kate Cooper

Kate Cooper graduated in 2002 from the School of Planning at the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Environmental Studies (BES) and joined the firm in January 2006 as a full-time planner.  She has a background in land use planning and is involved in projects throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, however her main focus is on large-scale subdivision and commercial development projects in the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville. 

Her past work experience includes the co-ordination of Draft Plan Approval as well as research, review and analysis for development feasibility.  Kate has also been involved in the preparation of various development applications including Official Plan Amendments, zoning by-law amendments, minor variance and site plan approval applications.  She has also been involved in the process for drafting Community Improvement Plans and Official Plans for various municipalities in southwestern Ontario.
